Features
Facilities designed with safety and quality standards required by national and international regulations include the main control and management for the production process, storage and loading point.
Productive process
The process includes the following systems:
Electrical energy is transformed and changes its conditions so that it can be used in the main production equipment.
Consumption of production and control and safety auxiliary systems are included in the energy balance of the plant.
Both, receiving and treatment of water equipment used in the process are included.
It is one of the most important parts of the facilities, since it is where most of the electricity is consumed to decompose the water molecule into hydrogen and oxygen. The equipment included is managed by an own system that optimally controls the entire process as well as the quality of the processed product.
The hydrogen produced must be pressurized through a compressor to improve storage and transport volume ratios.
